Committees

The Attendance Committee shall record and promote attendance and send out notices of meetings.

Board of Directors

The Public Relations - Communications Committee shall use all forms of news media to advance the objectives of Zonta International.

The Fellowship Committee shall promote fellowship among the members.

The Finance Committee shall: a. Prepare an annual budget and submit it to the Board before consideration by the Club; b. Devise plans for raising necessary funds; c. Provide for an annual examination; and d. Report at the annual meeting.

The Membership Committee shall determine the eligibility of each person proposed for membership in accordance with Article V of these Bylaws.

The Officers of the Club shall perform the duties prescribed by the Club, by the Bylaws and Rules of Procedure of Zonta international and by the parliamentary authority adopted by the organization.

The Programs Committee shall prepare and arrange programs for all Club meetings.

The Scholarships & Grants Committee shall accept grant and scholarship applications, make recommendations to the Board, and present to the membership for approval and award funds.

The Z-Club Committee shall promote the organization of Z-Clubs and Golden Z-Clubs. The committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to organized clubs.
