Donna Blalock is a long-time resident of Longview and has served the public for more than 26 years as a Municipal Judge of
Big Sandy, Texas as well as a bilingual Adult Supervision Officer for Gregg County, and a City Judge. Married with two
sons, Donna is a passionate volunteer and believes in giving back to the community. She serves on several governing
and advisory boards in the community, but the service most endearing to her is her work with
Martin House Children's Advocacy Center where she has served for more than 12 years and serves as the organization's board secretary.
